A 90-page hardcover graduation book, designed as a personal gift from family and friends. The client collected letters, essays, photos, and quotes from people across the graduate's life and needed them turned into something worth keeping.
I designed the book as a square-format linen hardcover with gold foil on the cover. The interior alternates between text-led pages (letters set in a warm serif) and full-bleed photo spreads, with colour-blocked quote pages breaking the rhythm. Each contributor has their own section, but the typography, spacing, and pacing hold the book together as one voice.
The contents page uses a spiral typographic device that maps every contributor outward from centre. It works as both navigation and a visual statement about the community around the graduate.
I managed the full print process: file preparation, proof approval, and coordination with the printer for linen cover, foil application, and delivery to London.
